Your Christmas Tree is a major focal point in the room and it should look the part!
This week I’ll be posting all my tips and tricks to Level Up your Christmas Tree.
number 2:
hide the clutter
Use a Christmas Tree Skirt and burlap to keep the base of your tree looking clean and uncluttered.
Choose a Christmas Tree Skirt that echoes your home for a seamless look.
For those in SA, I’ve scouted some online options for you already, including:
THIS lovely classic one is from Basketly.
Also loving this boho inspired Rattan one from @home.
For those doing the South African Coastal Christmas, these two are perfection:
- @home’s Woven Bamboo Christmas Tree Skirt
- The CPS Warehouse White Weave Tree Skirt
And lastly for those ahead-of-the-curve, apparently the RED-ORANGE colour vibe is going to be all the rage for 2024. Mon exteriors is here for you.
NB!!! When choosing a Tree Skirt, make sure it will fit. The dimensions provided are often the OUTSIDE diameter, so make sure the base of your tree (plus your furniture raisers) will fit snugly inside. When in doubt, get a larger size.
NNB! You want the burlap to give a bit of volume, not just drape sadly over the top. Buy at least three metres.
